The Bark Mill, Swansea is hosting a long table dinner, hosted in a beautiful rustic restaurant with an abundance of history about Swansea and the East Coast.
This beautiful five-course menu will showcase the best East Coast produce on offer. Each course will be matched with a locally grown wine to complement the dish. In this hosted event you will receive a lively description of each meal and the history of wine and the vineyard on offer.

A shared grazing platter, showcasing Tasmanians finest cheeses and meats
Half Shell Scallops with a Chorizo, Chilli and Garlic butter
Marinated Lamb Rump with Chasseur sauce and minted pea puree
Braised Beef Cheek with a cauliflower puree and a roasted fennel and honey glazed apple.
