Course 2 – Chicken liver parfait with crusty bread and house made relish.
Course 3 – Chargrilled tiger prawns with pin.enut, corn, chilli and freekeh salad
Course 4 – Pollo Funghi sous vide stuffed chicken breast with sweet potato puree, lemon roasted garlic asparagus and volute sauce.
