Come for a fun luncheon with wine connoisseur Lynne Wilton, graduate of international WSET, Wine and Spirit Education Training program.  Enter the exciting world of wine, focusing on Tasmania, seen as one of the most pristine growing environments, and one that will survive climate change.  We will closely examine each of the six wines, accompanying tasting notes for each, comparing maritime, geographical and other influencing factors; which are present in these amazing boutique wines along the east coast.  Limited to 14 places.  Cheese and charcuterie.
