Join Spring Vale Vineyard in a rare opportunity to dine at twilight and into the night with their new Head Chef Stephen Kean.
Guests will work their way through 6 perfectly curated courses, starting with oysters then to local seafood, followed by east coast meats and finishing of with a selection of Tasmanian cheeses & dessert.
Each course will be carefully paired with Spring Vale’s wines followed by live music to finish off the night.
