At the heart of the evening is a six-course degustation carefully curated by Stephen Kean, with each course designed to showcase seasonal flavours and complement a selection of Spring Vale wines.

Across six courses, discover thoughtful food and wine pairings while hearing more about the wines in your glass and the place they come from. From elegant cool-climate whites through to celebrated Pinot Noir, each pairing is an opportunity to experience Spring Vale from a different perspective.

As dinner unfolds, live entertainment throughout the evening will set the scene, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere to linger over each course, share the table and enjoy the vineyard after dark.
