Discover the passion and craftsmanship behind Tasmanian Cheesery’s award-winning artisan cheeses as Tim takes you through the cheesemaking journey, from fresh Tasmanian milk through to maturation. Hear the stories behind the cheeses, learn how flavour and texture develop, and gain a fascinating insight into the work that goes into every wheel.

Then, settle in for a guided tasting, pairing a selection of artisan cheeses with Boomer Creek wines and exploring how the flavours, textures and characteristics of each come together in the glass and on the plate.

With the opportunity to ask questions directly to the cheesemaker, this intimate Meet the Maker experience is a chance to slow down, taste, learn and connect with the people behind some of Tasmania’s exceptional produce.
