Indulge in the East Coast Degustation that celebrates the pristine Tasmanian produce, proudly created by the talented Stephen Kean. Stephen has returned after many years in France, running world class restaurants. He is here to showcase the best of Europe using Tasmanian produce. Places are limited so book early.
