Brought to you by the teams behind Twamley Farm and Obsessionist Wines, United by Obsession is a celebration of exceptional Tasmanian produce, expressive wine, music and the simple pleasure of gathering around a shared table.

At the heart of the evening will be a beautifully curated gala dinner by Chef Zac Green, showcasing Tasmanian produce through a menu created especially for the occasion. Each course will be accompanied exclusively by Obsessionist wines, bringing food and wine together in a celebration of place.

Throughout the evening, musicians from the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra will perform within the historic church, creating an unforgettable soundtrack as dinner unfolds.

With limited places, this is an experience designed to feel intimate and unhurried — exceptional food at the table, Obsessionist wine in your glass and live music filling one of the East Coast’s most remarkable heritage settings.
